This little squirrel eating a pumpkin caught my attention the first time I saw this photo by Martine Jones. Such a cute little thing, it just couldn't wait for the pumpkin pie. It was a bit of a challenge, but I enjoyed it. This was painted as part of an Autumn 30 paintings in 30 days challenge I'm working on this month of September.

This is an original painting , painted with a palette knife using gel medium and acrylics on 8" x 10" canvas, completed with a coat of varnish. Sides of the canvas are painted, and it comes with a saw-tooth hook on the back for quick hanging. Signed by the Artist Gloria Ester, and comes with an Authentication Certificate.
