What is there not to like about Sunflowers? They are beautiful and come in all shapes and sizes, and even colors.  If you take a few minutes and observe a sunflower plant, you will find so much life on it, insects enjoying the flowers, ladybugs looking for a meal, ants, and all kinds of interesting bugs. So many things to see on sunflower plants other than just the sunflowers which are themselves beautiful. This painting was done as part of a 30 palette knife paintings in 30 days challenge, I did back in September 2013.

This is an original painting , painted with a palette knife using gel medium and acrylics on 11"x 14" canvas, completed with a coat of varnish. Sides of the canvas are painted, and it comes with a saw-tooth hook on the back for quick hanging. Signed by the Artist Gloria Ester, and comes with an Authentication Certificate.
